For a few wonderful days, my husband and I indulged ourselves in all the delights this spotless Jamaican "all-inclusive" offered. For starters, the resort has one of the island’s best beaches, a glorious three-mile stretch of white sand. A day didn’t go by without at least a couple of hours there. We didn’t stay all day only because the crystal-clear Caribbean was far too tempting to resist. My particular passion, water-skiing, was tailor-made for Couples. The rest was up to the Caribbean and us. Needless to say, we had a fabulous time. Away from the water, we enjoyed socializing with the other, mostly friendly vacationers. Typically, there’s a pleasant mix of people at Couples, from retired snowbirds to honeymooners. And this trip was no exception. We made plenty of new acquaintances, especially while we were dining. Our incredible customer service is our biggest competitive advantage. Our staff is empowered to take ownership and make decisions to keep the guest happy and coming back.
